Mr. Waldman is the founder and managing shareholder of the law firm.

Mr. Waldman has been practicing law continuously in the State of Florida and in federal court for more than 26 years. He holds the maximum rating "AV" (pre-eminent) by the Martindale-Hubbell® Law Directory. An "AV" rating indicates that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, has practiced law for many years, and is recognized by his peers (lawyers and judges) for the highest levels of skill and integrity. Boulis v. Boulis , 754 So.2d 810 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000)(successfully representing entrepreneur and business mogul, Gus Boulis, in domestic relations case involving marital estate estimated at $90 million).

Weigert v. Trade Wind Ventures, Inc. , 667 So.2d 913 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996)(successfully reversing trial court final judgment on commercial contract dispute and having final judgment entered for appellant).
