Mr. Hildebrandt is a graduate of the University of South Florida (cum laude). He is a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Law. While at the University of Miami School of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mock Trial. Mr. Hildebrandt is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, (including the Trial Bar), the Middle District of Florida, the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hildebrandt is a former Dade County Assistant State Attorney, employed by the Honorable Janet Reno from 1980-1985.

Mr. Hildebrandt is extremely active at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida. He currently holds the following offices:
- President, Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation
- Member, Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees
- Member Trustee Service Committee
- Member Finance Committee
In addition, he is a Member in the Society of Mount Sinai, the organization that represents the highest level of philanthropic commitment to the medical center. He also was Chairman of Mount Sinai’s Young Presidents Club.
Mr. Hildebrandt is actively involved at Temple Beth Sholom, located in Miami Beach, Florida. He has previously served as a Vice President (for 3 years), and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees.
Mr. Hildebrandt is on the Board Of Directors of HEICO Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company.
In 2005, Mr. Hildebrandt was nominated and recognized by the Ronald McDonald House as one of the Twelve Good Men of Miami, Dade County Florida.
